Will has been lucky enough to produce some of the most well-known and highly rewarded work in the advertising industry. Considering he's also been paying off his master's degree in American Literature the entire time, it’s quite an accomplishment.
Will graduated from USC, armed with the youthful enthusiasm and energy that can only come from someone who no has no clue just how nearly un-marketable an American Literature degree really is. Fortunately, after knocking on every single door in LA, TBWA/Chiat/Day welcomed him in.
Will worked his way through brief stints in the Finance and Account departments before finding his way to Production. Although short-lived, Will considers those two early jobs as the important building blocks that help him empathize with other departments during the production process.
While at Chiat, Will worked his way up from producing regional car commercials to national projects for Nissan, Infiniti, Taco Bell and managing production on the Sony PlayStation account.
Tired of nice weather and decent sushi, he moved to DDB Chicago to be the Executive Producer on A-B Inbev, MARS Wrigley and Capital One and from there to Director of Integrated Production at FCB Chicago.
Over the years, he’s had a string of accolades:

16 top-ten finishes in the USA Today AdMeter Superbowl rankings.
Plus, D&AD, One Show, Clios, LIA and Radio Mercury Awards.
Will currently lives in Chicago with his wife Amanda and his two girls, Ava and Molly who both, unfortunately, want to become English professors.
